COL Todd Miller, USMC

USMC Chair

Colonel Todd Miller graduated from Oregon State University in 1992 and was commissioned a second lieutenant in the USMC in 1994. He is a Marine Corps aviator, operational planner, and strategist. He deployed numerous times to the eastern Pacific, Afghanistan, and Iraq.

Col Miller held command and staff positions from the company through brigade level, highlighted by a squadron commander tour from 2014-2016. He also held instructor positions at Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One in Yuma, Arizona and the NATO School in Oberammergau, Germany.

In 2020, Col Miller became a Military Faculty member at the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy where he teaches Strategy. He is the current USMC Chair. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oregon State University and a master’s degree in strategic studies from the United States Army War College.
