COL James Jenkins is a 2016 graduate of the Eisenhower School. COL Jenkins has served as a staff officer, division lead, and Director of Staff on multiple DoD staffs to include the HQDA G/3/5/7 and G8; Secretary of the Army; Joint Staff, J7; Office of the Secretary of Defense; and HQs, Space Staff. COL Jenkins deployed in support of both Operation Enduring and Iraq Freedom.
COL Jenkins’ most recent assignment was Director of Change Management, HQs, United States Space Force.
James received an undergraduate degree from the University of West Florida located in Pensacola, FL. He currently resides in Fredericksburg, VA. James has three children: Reilley (24), Jackson (18), and Abbey (16).
