Robert J. Henke has over 30 years of experience with public policy, resourcing, and federal management. He began his federal career as a GS-9 budget analyst and later served as the Chief Financial Officer at the Department of Veterans Affairs, and as the Principal Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller). He is currently a Professor at the Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy at National Defense University. He is a proud Navy veteran and Chicago native.
