Supervisory Special Agent Robert Webb joined the Dwight D. Eisenhower School faculty in 2025, as the FBI’s Chair in the National Resource Studies Department. Robert brings 22 years of FBI experience building investigative teams and interagency partnerships. Robert’s early assignments in Miami, Florida and Laredo, Texas led to a career focused on addressing transnational criminal organizations operating in the regions of South and Central America. From 2015 to 2017, Robert gained valuable interagency experience working with DOD and DOS partners while assigned to the US Embassy in Bogotá, Colombia as the FBI’s Assistant Legal Attaché.
Prior to joining the National Defense University, Robert taught Leadership Development to New Agent and Analyst Trainees at the FBI Academy. Robert earned his bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy and was commissioned as an Army Field Artillery Officer in 1997. He earned a master’s degree from the Marine Corps University in 2022, focusing his studies on the topics of judgment and decision making. Robert is married and has two children.
