Ms. Elise G. Annett

Institutional Research Associate

Elise G. Annett is the Institutional Research, Assessment, and Accreditation Associate at the Eisenhower School, where she leads data-driven evaluation of student learning, faculty engagement, and program effectiveness. She brings a strategic approach to institutional assessment, grounded in expertise in educational research, data interpretation, and policy compliance. In this role, she ensures compliance with accreditation standards, provides expertise in survey design and methodology, and leads the analysis and interpretation of institutional data. She also supports institutional effectiveness by evaluating and reporting aggregate program-level data, while contributing to major initiatives in accreditation and educational assessment.

Elise is currently pursuing a Doctor of Liberal Studies at Georgetown University, where her research focuses on military ethics, strategic readiness, artificial intelligence, and the future of technological warfare. Her work examines how emerging technologies are reshaping the ethical and operational landscape of defense and security. She brings a critical, research-driven lens to the challenges of professional military education, with a particular interest in how institutions prepare leaders for an increasingly complex strategic environment. Elise holds a Master of Professional Studies in Higher Education Administration from Georgetown University, with a concentration in assessment methods, and institutional effectiveness. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from The Catholic University of America.

Prior to her work at the Eisenhower School, Elise supported high-impact training programs at the U.S. Department of State’s Foreign Service Institute, advancing diplomatic readiness through the School of Language Studies and Transition Center. Her professional and academic trajectory demonstrates a sustained commitment to transforming educational systems through rigorous assessment, evidence-based strategy, and institutional excellence.
